Discover the architecture and modern decorations in Casa Amatller!
Constructed at the end f the 119th century by architect Puig i Cadafalch at the demand of Antoni Amatller, Casa Amatller is part of a grouping of houses located on the Passeig de Gracia.
Along with the Casa Battlo de Gaudi and Casa Lleo Morera de Domenech i Montaner, the three are called the "manzana de la discordia" (apple of discord) due to their architecture being notably different from the rest of the facades on Passeig de Gracia.
Inside, visitors will discover original furniture which is a mix of styles of several eras: modernism, neo-gothic, and traditional. The decoration in the home was brought together as one of the hobbies of Antoni Amatller.
