Descrizione

Escape the hustle and bustle of the city for a day and set off to explore Daintree National Park and the beach of Cape Tribulation, listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites!

Departing from Cairns or Port Douglas, set off for Daintree National Park, then board a cruise to the heart of the rainforest.  

Then, head through the forest again to the Alexandra Range viewpoint. From there, you will have breathtaking views over the Daintree River estuary, Snapper Island and the Coral Sea in the distance.

In the afternoon, you will have lunch on a private estate in the heart of the rainforest. Then, continue your route to the beach of Cape Tribulation. Later on, follow your guide as you discover Mossman Gorge. Representatives from the Kuku Yalangi people will tell you about the history and traditions of their community.

  • Time: 6:45am for pick-up in Cairns, 7:45am for pick-up in Port Douglas
  • Departure point: your hotel in Cairns or Port Douglas
  • Duration: 11 hrs. 30 mins approx.
  • Language: live commentary in English, recorded commentary in French, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese and Chinese
     
  • To listen to the recorded commentary, you must bring your earphones. If you do not have any, the local service provider will give you some for $3.
  • Hotel pick-up is not available at Yorkey’s, Holloways Beach or Machans Beach hotels. If you are staying there, you can establish a meeting point with the local service provider
