You'll be driven from your hotel to the Stellenbosch vineyards, which are famous for their wine production, by your tour guide. Many wines such as Chenin Blanc and Shiraz are produced in this region.
Stop off at the Zevenwacht Wine Estate to visit the cellars and find out more about the wine-making process. Next, sample wine from the estate along with some South African cheese
before going on to admire the Dutch architectural style in the town of Stellenbosch. Set off on a walking tour of the historic town, and why not purchase some local wine during the free time?
You'll then head back to Marianne Wine Estate at the foot of Simonsberg Mountain and taste their offering before heading back to Cape Town.
