Discover Cape Town's most beautiful sites on a full-day excursion with local wine tasting and transfers included!
You'll meet your local guide directly at your Cape Town hotel to start your day of discovery. Throughout the tour, he'll point out the best vantage points for taking your souvenir photos.
Your first stop will be at Table Mountain, one of the city's symbols, listed as one of the "New 7 Wonders of Nature". Weather permitting, you'll take the cable car (ticket not included) to the top for panoramic views of the city and ocean.
You'll then take the spectacular Chapman's Peak Road (if open), one of the most beautiful coastal roads in the world. It takes you to Cape Point Nature Reserve, at the tip of the peninsula. You'll visit the famous lighthouse dating from 1859, perched atop the cliffs.
You'll make a stop at Boulders Beach, famous for its colony of African penguins. You can observe them up close on the rocks and beach (entrance not included).
The excursion will continue to Muizenberg Beach, spotted by its colorful beach huts, popular with local surfers.
At the end of the day, you'll head to the Groot Constantia winery, one of the oldest in the region, for a wine tasting and vineyard walk.
You'll then be driven back to your hotel, passing the University of Cape Town campus and Groote Schuur Hospital.
