Set off for a day to explore Kilkenny, the Marble City, and Waterford, the ancient Viking city, on this excursion by train.
Departing from Dublin, meet your guide and climb aboard the train to reach the Marble City: Kilkenny.
You will explore the city on a road train and see the buildings built with black limestone, which gave their name to the city, and to Kilkenny Castle.
In the afternoon, you will take the train to the city of Waterford. Take some time to explore this city, built by the Vikings, and the Waterford Crystal Factory. Take a tour of the factory, then see artisans blowing and cutting this unique glass.
You will return to Dublin in the evening.
