Leave Frankfurt by bus and make your way to Baden Baden, one of the oldest spa towns in Europe.
Your guide will tell you about the history of this town where hot springs were first discovered over 2,000 years ago, and which has remained famous for its beautiful setting on the border of the Black Forest.
Admire the Khurhaus, one of the town’s most beautiful spa complexes before continuing to the Black Forest. Your guide will then drive you to Mummelsee, an Ice Age lake located at the heart of the Black Forest, and tell you all about the legends that surround it.
After visiting the lake, you’ll get back on the road and make your way to Strasbourg, France. Take advantage of some free time to explore the “Little France” district, board a boat for a canal cruise through the capital of Alsace, or do some shopping.
At the end of the afternoon, you’ll get back on the bus and return to Frankfurt for the evening.
