After your flight from Kauai to Honolulu, you'll begin with a visit to Pearl Harbor, one of the most historic places in the United States. On site, you'll discover the USS Arizona Memorial, built in memory of the soldiers lost in the 1941 attack. You'll have the opportunity to visit the visitors' center, explore exhibits tracing the history of the event and watch a documentary retracing the attack on Pearl Harbor. You will enjoy an included 15-minute visit to the historic Ford Island Control Tower, located next to the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum, where you will discover panoramic views from the 15th floor and interpretive panels recounting the events of December 7, 1941.
After this historical immersion, you'll set off to discover Honolulu's must-sees. You'll tour the city in the company of your guide, who will show you the most famous sites such as the impressive Iolani Palace, the only royal palace in the United States, the statue of King Kamehameha, and the State Capitol of Hawaii. You'll also be able to admire the island's magnificent scenery, including beaches and verdant mountains.
At the end of the day, you'll be taken back to the airport for your flight back to Kauai, with your head full of memories.
