Set off on a day-long adventure along the Caminito del Rey hiking trail!
You'll depart from the meet-up point nearest to your Costa del Sol accommodation and board an air-conditioned coach that will take you to the Caminito del Rey region. Admire the wonderful Andalusian landscapes during the journey: the Sierra de Alcaparain, orange groves and the famous white villages of Andalusia.
You'll make your first stop in the picturesque village of Ardales, a small white village typical of the region. You'll have 1 hour to explore the village on your own. Don't miss the cave paintings in the Ardales cave or the castle of La Peña.
After refreshments and a stretch, you'll set off on a hike along the Caminito Del Rey. Just 1 metre wide and built into the mountainside, the path is 100 metres above River Guadalhorce and surrounded by exceptional scenery. Your guide will provide commentary and interesting facts throughout the hike. You'll learn all about its history, the importance of the Conde de Guadalhorce dam, Andalusia's main water reserve, and understand why this trail was once considered the most dangerous in the world.
After a thrilling, discovery-packed day, you'll head back to your pick-up point on the Costa del Sol.
