Meet the many species of wildlife in Amboseli National Park on a safari from Nairobi!
Amboseli National Park is Kenya's second most visited park. Renowned for the many animal species that live there, it is also appreciated for its proximity to Kilimanjaro, offering a unique backdrop with the view of the mountains.
Early in the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel in Nairobi and drive south-east to Amboseli Park, located close to the border with Tanzania.
After around 4 hours on the road, you'll reach the park gates and begin your safari. Accompanied by an expert ranger guide, you'll set off in search of the animals of the savannah: giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, elephants... if you're lucky, you might even cross paths with lions! Your guide will share with you his knowledge of the different species observed. You will have the chance to approach them in their natural environment without disturbing them.
Around midday, you will enjoy a lunch break at one of the park's lodges (lunch not included). After a relaxing break, you'll set off on your second game drive on the way back to Nairobi. You will return to your hotel at the end of the day.
