Explore the key sites of Joshua Tree National Park and discover its history!

Departing from Palm Springs, head off towards Joshua Tree National Park. Throughout the duration of your trip, the guide will tell you about how the park came to be as well as information on Coachella Valley. Learn about the region’s solar farms and the energy generated in the San Gorgonio mountains.

You will have 3 hours to explore Joshua Tree National Park while your guide points out the local flora and fauna. After lunch, hike to Hidden Valley and admire the rock formations. Enjoy the magnificent views of the park from Keys View, situated at an elevation of 1,500 meters! At the end of the day, you will be driven back to your hotel.

  • Availability: Monday, Wednesday or Friday (excluding exceptional dates)
  • Departure point: Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells or La Quinta (hotel pick-up)
     
  • Participants under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult
  • This activity is not recommended for people who suffer from neck or back problems and pregnant women
  • We recommend that you wear comfortable clothes, closed shoes, a hat and sunglasses. A jacket is recommended as temperatures in the park can drop 20 degrees compared to the desert
  • 6 participants maximum per vehicle
  • A minimum of 2 participants is required for the tour to go ahead. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, a refund or an alternative date will be proposed
