You'll be transferred from your accommodation in Dubrovnik, and head for the country's southern border, around 40 kilometers away. You'll arrive in Montenegro, a small Balkan country renowned for its natural landscapes, a destination that is still confidential but is gradually opening up to tourism.
Your bus will take you along the mouths of Kotor, considered to be one of the 20 most beautiful bays in the world, with a first stop in Perast. You'll then have free time to explore Perast, and if you wish, you can take a boat to the island of Notre-Dame-du-Rocher (not included) or simply stroll around Perast's historic center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
You'll then head to Kotor, one of Montenegro's most famous villages. Also a UNESCO World Heritage site, its 16th-century architecture is sure to please. You'll have plenty of free time to wander the cobbled streets and sample local dishes. Don't miss the Saint-Tryphon Cathedral, the Place d'Armes, the Maritime Museum, the Pima Palace or the Napoleon Theatre.
After a unique day in Montenegro, you'll be driven back to Dubrovnik.
