For this activity, make sure you are hungry! After joining your guide, you will set off for a short walk through downtown Reykjavík. You will follow them through different spots (restaurants, food trucks, etc.) where you will taste some traditional dishes.

You will learn more about the culinary customs and cooking techniques of the island, as well as their evolution over the ages. The Vikings and their way of life, for example, have had a major impact on the Icelandic culture of today, reflected in its gastronomy.
