Leave Split and Trogir to discover the Plitvice National Park and see its emerald lakes for a day!
In the early morning, you will board the bus to the Plitvice National Park (about 3 hours drive) where you can admire the mountains and forest landscapes of Likale.
Considered one of the most beautiful parks in Europe, Plitvice has been protected by UNESCO since 1979 as a World Natural Heritage Site. With an area of over 29 hectares, you will discover 16 lakes connected by incredible waterfalls, created by the limestone of the water over the years. You will have free time to walk through the different routes that will be offered to you by taking the wooden bridges, then you will enjoy a small panoramic cruise on the lake.
On the way back to your starting point, you will make a last stop in a famous Croatian cuisine restaurant. You will taste specialties from the Lika region (price not included).
You will return to Split or Trogir in the early evening, after a day in Plitvice National Park.
