With your priority-access ticket, enter the Doge's Palace and Saint Mark's Basilica – two of Venice's must-see sites – without waiting in line.

Your tour will start at the Doge's Palace. Explore the ancient seat of Venetian political power with your guide and discover the huge frescos which decorate the walls and ceilings. In the Great Council Hall, you can admire works from Veronese and the famous painting by Tintoretto. You will also see the prison known as the "Piombi" where the legendary charmer Casanova was imprisoned. Throughout your visit your guide will show you the key elements of the Doge's Palace while telling you all about its history.

You will then visit Saint Mark's Basilica, also in the company of your guide. Admire the interior of this magnificent cathedral: its walls covered in golden and marble mosaics;Discover St. Mark’s Museum where to admire objects of various kinds and origins belonging to the Basilica, including the quadriga of St. Mark’s, the famous horses, moved from its original in the terrace after the last restoration and the Basilica's Terrace with the copies of the famous horses, From this spectacular location admire the most beautiful view of heart of Venice.

At the end of your visit your guide will accompany you to Saint Mark's Square.

In order to respect the places of worship you will be visiting, please wear appropriate attire
On Sundays, feast days and in case of religious celebrations, the visit to Pala d'Oro is not available. On the same days, visits to the first-floor terrace to admire the mosaics will be limited due to Mass taking place on the first floor.
The Doge's Palace ticket also gives you access to the surrounding museums such as: the Museo Correr which is the municipal museum of Venice, the Archaeological Museum of Venice as well as the Marcian Library
This activity is not accessible to wheelchair users or those with reduced mobility
IMPORTANT: St. Mark's Basilica is currently undergoing renovation work, and some parts of the monument are not accessible, notably the Pala d'Oro. You will, however, have access to the terraces, which offer a beautiful view over the whole of St. Mark's Square and the center of Venice, as well as to the St. Mark's Museum. Here you can see objects of various origins belonging to the Basilica, including the famous restored St. Mark's horses, a quadriga that once adorned the Basilica's main door
