Descrizione

Fly over Whilster and the surrounding area, and enjoy a stop on Rainbow Mountain on a private helicopter flight!

You will board a helicopter and head north into the Soo and Rutherford Valleys. You will fly over rolling meadows and lakes to Ipsoot mountain, a huge glacier that rises to over 2,500 metres. You will see the crevasses, ice caves and glacial lake around this imposing mountain.

After about 20 minutes of flying, you will head to Rainbow Mountain where you will land. You will stop on the ground for a few minutes to enjoy the view on foot. You'll enjoy unique views of Whistler and its monumental ski resort, Whistler Blackcomb, one of the largest ski resorts in North America.

You'll continue your flight and see the most beautiful places around Whistler, passing Black Tusk Volcanic Mountain, Garibaldi Lake, Cheakamus Glacier and the ski resort's Peak to Peak lifts, before returning to the heliport.

  • In order to board the helicopter, each passenger will be required to show valid ID
  • The private helicopter flight will be in groups of no more than 5 people
  • Under adverse weather conditions, the pilot may not be able to land on the mountain
  • The maximum weight per passenger is 158 kilos
  • Children under 2 years old can participate in the activity free of charge on their parents' laps
  • In the event of bad weather leading to a cancellation, an alternative time or date will be proposed. If no date or time is convenient for you, you will receive a full refund
  • Please wear seasonally appropriate clothing to make the most of this activity
